Ingredients
Rolled Oats | 125g |
Baking Powder | 1 tsp |
Carrot | 80g |
Apple | 1 medium |
Salt | some |
Raisin (optional) | 20g |
Instructions
1. Add the oats in the blender or food processor and blend it
2. Transfer the blended oats into a large bowl and add in salt and baking powder and mix well
3. Grate the carrot and apple, then add them in the large bowl
5. Add raisins if you wish to and mix well
5. Shape the mixture into a ball and transfer it on the baking sheet
6. Bake or air fry for 20 minutes at 170C
7. Leave it to cool and serve
*Other than raisin, you can also add cinnamon powder or peanut butter
