Ingredients
Rolled Oats | 90 g |
Banana (ripe) | 1 medium |
Baking Powder | 1 tsp |
Water | 155 ml |
Blueberries (optional) | 10 g |
Instructions
1. Add the oats in the blender or food processor and blend it.
2. Add in banana, water and baking powder. Blend until the batter is smooth. The batter should be thick but pourable.
3. Heat up the pan. And pour in the batter.
4. Cook until one side is golden brown (around 2-3 minutes) and flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes or until cooked.
5. Serve your healthy pancake hot and with any toppings of your choice.
*Can add in chia seed or fruits to the blender and blend together
*If the batter is too thick add in water, one tsp a time until desired consistency
