Ingredients
Sweet Potato | 1pc (ard 180g) |
Glutinous Rice Flour | 70g |
Soy Milk | 50g |
Black Sesame | 1 tbsp |
Instructions
1. Slice the sweet potato and steam the sweet potato until softened.
2. Mash the sweet potato, then mix it with glutinous flour and soy milk.
3. Split the dough into 2 portions and mix in some black sesame in 1 of it if you like.
3. Shape the mixture into balls.
4. Air fry it at 170 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown, then serve.
*The water content of the sweet potato varies. So feel free to adjust the moisture. If the mixture is too dry add in more soymilk, if the mixture is too wet add in more glutinous flour.
