Ingredients
Oat Flour | 80g |
Grounded Flaxseed | 10g |
Water | 30g |
Vanilla Extract | 1 tsp |
Honey | 1 tbsp |
Salt | 1/8 tsp |
Vegan White Chocolate (Optional) | 100g |
Gluten-free Biscuit Sticks | Few |
Vegan Chocolate Pen (Optional) | Few |
Instructions
1. Mix the grounded flaxseed and the water and let them thicken for 5 minutes.
2. Add in the oat flour, vanilla extract, honey and salt, then mix until forming a dough.
3. Let the dough rest for about 5 minutes, then roll it into little balls.
4. Place the biscuit stick in the center of a cake ball, then let it harden for about 5 minutes.
5. Melt the vegan chocolate using a microwave oven in a 20-second interval, and stir in between each until melted.
6. Coat the cake pops with the melted chocolate and decorate it as you like.
