1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C 2. Rinse and slice the fresh ingredients to bite sizes 3. Place the basil leaves and walnut in a blender/ food processor except the oil. Pulse a serval times and scrape down the sides 4. Add the garlic and pulse several times more 5. Add the flaxseed oil and a pinch of salt while the processor is running* 6. Adjust the texture to your likings by adding plant milk (soy- milk is recommended) 7. Spoon on the pesto sauce and place the toppings (Red onions, bell peppers, cauliflowers, mushrooms, carrots) 8. Bake the pizza in the oven at 180 °C for 15 minutes
* Help the pesto to emulsify and keep the flaxseed oil from separating
