Ingredients
Pumpkin | 500g |
Carrot | 100g |
Tomato | 100g |
Water | 1000ml |
Cream | 100ml |
Salt | some |
Instructions
1. Remove the peel and seeds of the pumpkin and chop it into small pieces
2. Peel and chop the carrot
3. Cut the tomato into small pieces.
4. Put pumpkin, tomato, carrot and water into a pot
5. Boil on medium heat for 15 minutes until pumpkin and carrot are very tender
6. Take out the peel of tomato
6. Transfer the soup to blender to make it into puree
7. Adjust salt to taste and then add cream
