Ingredients
Plant-based milk | 250 ml |
Chia seeds | 60 g |
Mango chunks | 140 g |
Kiwi chunks | 50 g |
Honey (Optional) | 1 tbsp |
Vanilla extract (Optional) | 0.5 tbsp |
Instructions
1. Put the plant-based milk, chia seeds, honey and vanilla extract into a mixing bowl and mix until chia seeds are fully incorporated.
2. Place the mixture for 10 minutes and mix it again to incorporate the remaining clumps.
3. Place the chia pudding in the fridge for 30 minutes or more to obtain a thick texture.
4. Puree the mango and kiwi using a blender or mash them with a fork.
5. Put the mango puree, kiwi puree and chia pudding layer by layer into a container to enjoy your yummy tropical chia pudding.
