Ingredients
Watermelon | 400g |
Kiwi | 1 pc |
Lemon | 1/4 pc |
Chia Seed | 1.5 tbsp |
Instructions
1. Blend the watermelon dice with a blender or mash it with a fork
2. Juice the lemon, then combine the lemon juice and chia seed with the watermelon juice, then wait for 5 minutes
3. Pour the mixture into the mold until ¾ full and freeze for 3 hour
4. Peel off the skin of the kiwi and mash the kiwi with a fork
5. Carefully add the mashed kiwi into the mold
6. Freeze overnight, then remove the mold and serve
